All orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) from the time your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. Once your order has been processed and handed to our courier, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation by email.
We're pleased to offer Standard Free Shipping on every order — no minimum spend, no hidden fees.
Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days from the date your order is dispatched. As a guide, the full journey from order to doorstep is typically 7–9 business days (2 days processing + 5–7 days delivery).
Please note that delivery windows are estimates. Timelines may occasionally vary due to courier delays, peak shopping periods, or other circumstances outside our control.
Every Scuffers order ships with a tracking ID. As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll email you your tracking number along with a link so you can follow your package at every stage of its journey.
If you haven't received your tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder, then reach out to our team and we'll be happy to help.
We work hard to dispatch every order on time, but occasional delays can occur during sale events, holiday periods, or due to courier disruptions. If your order is significantly delayed, we'll keep you updated by email.
Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Scuffers cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to correct it before your order is dispatched.
If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, please get in touch with your order number and we'll work with you to make it right.
